Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry, and his extensive background includes the development and management of several Broker-Dealers and Clearing Firms from inception. Under Kevin’s guidance as President and CEO, these firms experienced tremendous growth and success and he is excited to lead VCS along the same prosperous path.

Alfred brings over 20 years of securities and trading knowledge to his role as COO for Valuable Capital Securities.  Alfred’s prior experience in operations and client services at FINRA member firms combined with his extensive back-office and risk systems knowledge serves him well in leading our operations team and providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Colin is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.  Having been involved in the early stages of several broker-dealers, he possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and growth opportunities that startups face.

Christi LeNarz is a seasoned Human Resources and administrative professional with over 30 years of experience.  Prior to joining Valuable Capital Securities (“VCS”), Christi was the Vice President of Human Resources for Velox Clearing.  Preceding that role, she held administrative and operations support positions for The Walt Disney Company and Capistrano Unified School District.  As EVP of Human Resources for VCS, Christi is tasked with all areas of HR along with attracting and retaining top-level talent and building a culture of engagement, communication and innovation. Christi holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cal State Fullerton and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
